By accessing and using Vibe Code with Lisa services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.
Vibe Code With Me provides one-hour live coding experiences where you'll see me solving actual challenges for my startup in real peer-programming sessions. These are authentic coding sessions using the latest AI tools, writing real code, and sharing my screen so you can follow along. All sessions are strictly one-on-one between Lisa and the person who booked the session. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service at any time without notice.
All sessions must be booked and paid for in advance. Payment is processed securely through Stripe.
No refunds are provided for any reason, including but not limited to cancellations, no-shows, or technical issues.
Rescheduling may be accepted with 24 hours notice before the scheduled session time. Rescheduling requests must be made via email to hello@vibecodewith.me. We reserve the right to deny rescheduling requests at our discretion.
One-on-One Sessions Only: All sessions are strictly one-on-one between Lisa and the person who booked the session. No other individuals may attend the scheduled session without prior written agreement from Lisa.
Attendance Policy: Only the person who booked and paid for the session may attend. If you wish to have another person present during your session, you must obtain written permission from Lisa via email at hello@vibecodewith.me before the session begins. Lisa reserves the right to deny such requests at her discretion.
Session Recording: Sessions may not be recorded without explicit written permission from Lisa. Any unauthorized recording will result in immediate session termination with no refund.

All participants must maintain appropriate and respectful behavior during sessions. Lisa reserves the right to immediately end any session if a participant:
No refunds will be provided for sessions ended due to participant misconduct. Lisa's decision to end a session is final and not subject to appeal.
All content, materials, and intellectual property provided during sessions remain the property of Vibe Code with Lisa unless otherwise specified.
Vibe Code with Lisa shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from the use of our services.
Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs your use of the service.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
